The promise
What the 60-day guarantee actually says
60 days, money back. 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. It is a purchase policy, not a medical promise.
Every pack carries it. Two bottles at $138, three at $177 and six at $294 all sit behind the same window, so the promise does not scale with the order. That one fact does more work on this page than anything else on it.
It is a purchase policy: if you are not satisfied you can have the money back inside the window, and the buyer pays to send the product back. It says nothing at all about what the capsules will do.
On a product with no published amounts that distinction is worth holding onto. All five named ingredients are covered by name in NIH's fact sheet on dietary supplements for weight loss, and the best verdict any of them receives there is that it might help you lose a small amount of weight. No amount is published for any of them and there is no Supplement Facts panel. A refund window does not close that gap. It makes being wrong cheaper without making the label more informative.
The clock, and the assumption this site is making
The published term is 60 days from purchase, and what it never defines is which event counts as the purchase: the moment the card is charged, the moment the parcel is handed to a carrier, or the moment it reaches you. This site assumes the earliest of the three, the day you paid. That is this site's assumption rather than a term anyone has published, and we make it because it is the shortest reading and the only one that cannot leave a buyer short by a week.

Does your order still qualify?
Six questions, answered honestly, and what each answer means
Nothing here is submitted anywhere and nothing is stored. It is the list the order desk works through, printed so you can work through it first.
Check your order against the published terms
Answer all six. The first two end a claim on their own; the other four point at questions the published terms never answer.
More than 60 days have passed since you paid for the order.
You bought from a seller other than the SodaSlim order desk.
You no longer have the order ID, the order email or a card statement line.
You have opened and started more than one bottle.
You want the money sent somewhere other than the card you paid with.
You are outside the United States.
One of those ends a claim on the published terms
The window is 60 days and it applies to orders placed through the desk that honours it. If either of the first two is a yes, call +1 (302) 200-3480 anyway and ask, but do not post bottles on the strength of this page.
Nothing here is fatal, and all four of the others are unpublished
Missing order details, opened bottles, a refund to a different card and an address outside the United States are all questions the published terms never answer. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and ask before anything leaves the house.
Nothing on this list stands in the way
Inside the window, bought from the desk that honours it, with the order details to hand. Call +1 (302) 200-3480, ask what they want returned, and use tracking, because the buyer pays return shipping.
Whatever this says, the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 has the final word, because it is the only desk that can see your order. The hours the order desk keeps are not published. The Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET window published with this stock belongs to the website desk, which cannot see an order, so this site prints the order number and leaves its opening times blank rather than borrowing somebody else's working day.
Published against unpublished
Ten things a buyer asks about a guarantee, and which six have answers
| Term | Published | What we can say |
|---|---|---|
| The length of the window | 60 days | Printed on every pack, and it does not get longer when the pack does. |
| What it is | A money-back purchase policy | 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. It is a purchase policy, not a medical promise. Not a promise about your body and not a warranty on a result. |
| Who pays return shipping | The buyer | The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking. The one cost the guarantee does not cover. |
| Where returns go | 410 Park Avenue, Floor 17, New York, NY 10022, USA | A different building from the office address. The two are not interchangeable. |
| How to start it | The order desk, by telephone | +1 (302) 200-3480, with the order ID. The only desk that can see an order. |
| What the desk asks for in writing | Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. | Three items, and all three are in the order email. |
| What event starts the clock | not published | The term says 60 days from purchase and never defines purchase. This site assumes the day you paid and marks that as an assumption. |
| Whether opened bottles qualify | not published | Nothing published treats empty, part-used and sealed bottles differently. Ask before you post anything. |
| Whether shipping paid is refunded | not published | Not addressed. It only arises on the two-bottle pack, where shipping is charged at checkout. |
| Partial refunds or restocking fees | not published | Neither is mentioned anywhere in the material supplied with this stock. |
Six published terms and four blanks. The blanks are not hidden traps; they are questions nobody wrote an answer to, and the desk can settle each of them in a short call. The worst thing a site can do with them is invent a reassuring answer, because a buyer then plans a return around a term that does not exist.
Note which desk appears in the fifth row. Claims start on the telephone, because the website address cannot see an order. Its published hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, belong to that desk alone; the order desk keeps hours nobody has published.
Scope
What this guarantee is, and what it is not
What it is a promise about
Money. You paid for a pack, you did not get on with it, and the seller offers the money back inside 60 days. That is a real commercial undertaking and it is worth having.
What it is not a promise about
Your body. A refund window is not evidence that a formula does anything, and a generous return policy on a label with no published amounts is still a label with no published amounts.
What it cannot answer
How much of anything you took. No amount is published for any of the five ingredients and no caffeine figure is printed, so nobody finishing a bottle inside the window can say what was in it.
What it changes about the decision
It makes two bottles cheap to be wrong about. $138 buys 60 days and ends on the last day of the window, which is the only pack the promise covers from end to end.
The third card is the one specific to this product. Three of the five named ingredients contain caffeine and no total is printed, so the published limits from FDA and NIH cannot be applied here at all.
Stopping for a reason other than disappointment
If you stop because something disagreed with you, health comes first. Stop taking it, keep the bottle and the lot code SOD-26/SO-1902, and speak to a clinician if the reaction is serious. The call to +1 (302) 200-3480 about money can wait an hour.
The label itself says to talk to a doctor before use if you take medicine, and FDA notes that certain conditions tend to make people more sensitive to caffeine's effects, as can some medications, and recommends talking to a health care provider about limiting caffeine if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding. That conversation belongs with a clinician rather than with a checkout.
What our sources publish on the five named ingredients, and on this category as a whole, is on the ingredients page and the cautions page.
The cheapest way to be wrong about this is two bottles
$138 buys 60 days and finishes on the last day of the 60-day window. Six bottles is cheaper per day at $1.63 and leaves four sealed when the promise ends.
