These terms cover this website, not the sale. Sodaslimnow is a USA authorized retailer: we publish what the label states, hold stock and pass orders to the seller's own order page, where every order is formed. Nothing here is medical advice, and where a page and the bottle disagree the label wins.

What these terms apply to
They govern your use of sodaslimnow.com. They do not govern the sale itself, which happens on the seller's order page under their terms.
By reading, linking to or otherwise using this website you accept the terms on this page as they stand on the day you use it. If you do not accept them the remedy is immediate: stop using the site. Nothing here limits a right you hold under the consumer law of your own state or country.
Sodaslimnow is a USA authorized retailer for SodaSlim. We hold stock, publish what the label and the supplier pack state, and answer the phone. We do not make the product and we are not the manufacturer. That sentence is the whole of our role, and most of what follows is a consequence of it.

We are not the manufacturer. No manufacturer or distributor is named on the SodaSlim artwork or in the seller's listing, so this site records that as not published rather than guessing at a company. We are not the seller either: we do not process payments, ship parcels or issue refunds, and we cannot see an order.
Orders and prices
Where the agreement is formed, and by whom
This matters more than it sounds, because it decides who you talk to when something goes wrong.
This website displays prices and pack sizes for information. It holds no cart, takes no payment and issues no confirmation. When you follow a buy link you leave this domain for the seller's order page, and any agreement to buy is formed there, between you and the seller, on the terms shown to you before you pay.
Prices here are the prices supplied to us: $69, $59 and $49 a bottle for two, three and six. They are confirmed at checkout before payment, and where the two ever differ the checkout figure is the one that binds. We would rather be told at [email protected] so the page can be corrected. Shipping is charged as stated at checkout, free in the US on the three-bottle and six-bottle packs and charged on the two-bottle pack.
Every question with an order ID attached, whether it is tracking, a change of address, a missing parcel, a refund or a return, belongs to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. Its opening hours are not published. Those records have never been on this domain and we cannot reach them.

A caffeine question is a clinician's question, not a website's
Three of the five ingredients named on this label carry caffeine and no figure is published for any of them. FDA cites 400 milligrams a day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects and estimates toxic effects around 1,200 milligrams taken rapidly, and it recommends that anyone with a condition or a medication, or who is pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to their health care provider about limiting caffeine. Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and no page here should be used to decide whether to start, stop or change a medicine.
SodaSlim is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. Its own label restricts it to healthy adults 18 and over, rules out anyone under 18, and instructs you to talk to a doctor before use if you take medicine. Those instructions are part of the product rather than part of our opinion. Individual results vary, and nothing here promises a result or a timeline.
References to government health sources are published so you can read them yourself. None of those sources tested this formula, and citing them is not a claim that any agency endorses it.

Three editorial rules that govern every page on this site.
The label wins. Every product fact here is read off the supplied artwork and the supplier pack. Where they disagree the label is the authority; where the label is silent this site prints not published and stops rather than filling the gap. Formulations and labels change without notice, so the bottle in your hand is always more current than a web page. One further limit applies here: the bottle picture supplied with this stock is a rendering rather than a photograph, and several lines of its own type are misspelled, so no page treats it as evidence of what a printed label says.
A category statement is not a product finding. Five government sources are cited across this site. None of them tested SodaSlim. Where one describes an ingredient or the weight-loss supplement category, this site reports it as exactly that and does not carry it across to this capsule.
We do not invent. No amount, no milligram figure, no study, no doctor, no reviewer, no rating and no order count on this site was made up. There are no testimonials here because no verified review data was supplied. Lot SOD-26/SO-1902 and certificate reference SOD-1902-26-SO are draft label values rather than laboratory proof, and no page describes a certificate of analysis as a document this desk holds.
