Refunds
SodaSlim refund policy: five stages, and two clocks
Refunds on SodaSlim go through the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, with the order ID. The website address, [email protected], cannot see orders, so a refund request sent there does not start a refund. The buyer pays return shipping and the seller asks you to use tracking. Returns go to 410 Park Avenue, Floor 17, New York, NY 10022, USA, not the office address. The money then runs on two clocks: 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Eight common refund questions, including partial refunds, restocking fees and the order desk's own opening hours, have no published answer.

The process
Five stages, in the order they have to happen
Each tab is one stage. With JavaScript off every stage prints in full, because a refund process is not something to hide behind a control.
Have these four things in front of you
The order ID from the order email, the card you paid with, the lot code on the bottle (SOD-26/SO-1902 on this stock) and the date you paid. The last one matters because the published term is 60 days from purchase and the event that starts it is never defined, so the date on your receipt is the only date either side can point at.
Count the bottles too: opened, part-used and still sealed. Nothing published says those are treated differently, which is exactly why the desk will ask.
One number, and its hours are not published
The order desk is +1 (302) 200-3480. It handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds, and it is the only desk with a screen showing your order. The hours the order desk keeps are not published. The Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET window published with this stock belongs to the website desk, which cannot see an order, so this site prints the order number and leaves its opening times blank rather than borrowing somebody else's working day.
The website desk cannot see orders. There is no order screen at that address, no tracking view and no way to issue a refund. Anything involving money, a parcel or a change to an order goes to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. Writing to the website address delays a refund rather than starting one, whatever its own published hours say.
Ask three things on the call: what they want returned, which address it goes to, and what reference to write on the parcel.
One address, and it is not the office
Returns go to 410 Park Avenue, Floor 17, New York, NY 10022, USA. The office address, 450 Park Avenue, Floor 5, New York, NY 10022, USA, is a different building, and a parcel sent there is a parcel nobody is waiting for.
The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking. A tracked service is the only proof either side will have that the parcel moved.
Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Unlabelled bottles arriving at a returns address cannot be matched to a refund.
Two clocks, running one after the other
3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
Those waits do not overlap. The first belongs to the desk and starts when it credits the order; the second belongs to your bank and starts when the first ends. Added together the outside figure is longer than either number alone, which is why a refund can be correctly processed and still invisible on a statement.
The money returns to the card that paid. Whether it can be sent anywhere else is not published.
What to do, in order
Count business days rather than calendar days, and count from the date the desk said it credited the order rather than the date you posted the parcel.
Check the statement for the original charge and make sure you are looking at the right card. A refund cannot land on a card that did not pay.
Then call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and the tracking number for the return. Those two strings resolve almost every case.

Two clocks
Why a processed refund can still be invisible
3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
The first clock is the seller's. It starts when the desk credits the order and runs 3 to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends, so a credit issued on a Thursday is easily a week in calendar terms.
The second is your bank's. It starts when the first finishes and runs a further 5 to 10 days. Nobody at either desk can shorten it.
Add the two and the outside case is materially longer than either figure suggests alone. That is the commonest reason a refund call happens twice, and why this page prints both clocks rather than the friendlier one.
The two addresses are not interchangeable
Returns: 410 Park Avenue, Floor 17, New York, NY 10022, USA
Office: 450 Park Avenue, Floor 5, New York, NY 10022, USA
Parcels go to the first. The second is the correspondence address for the website desk and nobody there is expecting bottles.
Confirm the return address on the call before you post. An address printed on a website is not a substitute for the one the desk gives you on the day.
Honest limits
Eight things this policy does not say
A refund page is judged by what it admits it does not know, so here is the list in full rather than a reassuring paragraph in its place.
| Question | Published? | What we can say |
|---|---|---|
| Partial refunds | not published | Nothing published says what happens if you return four bottles of six. Ask before posting. |
| Restocking fees | not published | None is mentioned. That is not the same as a published promise that none exists. |
| Opened versus sealed bottles | not published | Not addressed. The desk decides what it wants back. |
| Refund of shipping paid | not published | Only arises on the two-bottle pack, where shipping is charged at checkout. Unaddressed. |
| Refunds on international orders | not published | International shipping is not addressed at all, so neither is the refund on one. |
| A written refund form or portal | not published | There is no form and no self-service screen. The route is the telephone. |
| The order desk's opening hours | not published | The number is published and the hours are not. The Monday to Friday window published with this stock belongs to the website desk, which cannot process a refund. |
| What starts the 60 days | not published | The term says from purchase and stops. This site assumes the day you paid and marks it as an assumption every time. |
Eight blanks. None of them means a refund will be refused. The seventh is the one that catches people out, because a number with no hours against it cannot be planned around.
What a refund does not undo
The part of this that money cannot settle
A refund returns the price of the product. It does not return the return postage: The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking.
It also does not answer the question that sent you looking for one. If you took a capsule a day for 30 days and nothing changed, the guarantee gives the money back and nobody can tell you how much of anything you actually took, because no amount is published for any of the five named ingredients.
And if the reason for stopping was a reaction rather than disappointment, the money is the smaller question. The label itself says to talk to a doctor before use if you take medicine, and FDA notes that certain conditions tend to make people more sensitive to caffeine's effects, as can some medications, and recommends talking to a health care provider about limiting caffeine if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding. That conversation belongs with a clinician rather than with a checkout.
Before you call, in one line
Order ID, card used, lot code SOD-26/SO-1902, date paid, and a count of opened, part-used and sealed bottles. Five things, and the call is short.

Refunds go through the desk, not through this site
The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. We publish the label and hold stock, and we cannot see your order.
