Legal
Privacy policy
This website holds very little about you. There are no accounts, no card details and no order records on this domain, because checkout happens on the seller's own page. What remains is a server log, any email you send the website desk, and web fonts loaded from a third-party font service.

Scope
What this policy covers, and what it does not
It covers sodaslimnow.com, the website you are reading. It does not cover the seller's order page, which is a different operation on a different domain.
Sodaslimnow is a USA authorized retailer for SodaSlim. We hold stock, publish what the label and the supplier pack state, and answer the phone. We do not make the product and we are not the manufacturer.
The consequence for your privacy is a good one and it is structural rather than generous. This website takes no orders, holds no accounts and never sees a card number. When you follow a buy link you leave this domain for the seller's own order page, and from that click onward their policy governs what happens rather than this one. We cannot reach their systems, which is why every request about an order goes to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 rather than to us.
Server logs
What this website records automatically
Every web server keeps a log. Here is what ours holds and what it is used for.
When a page here is requested, the server records the request. A log line typically holds the address the request came from, the date and time, the page or file asked for, the response code, the referring page if your browser sent one, and the browser and operating system string your browser announces. That happens whether or not you interact with anything on the page.
Those lines are used for three things: keeping the site up, diagnosing faults such as a broken image or a page that will not load, and defending against abusive traffic. They are not used to build a profile of you, and no attempt is made to identify individual visitors from them.
Logs are kept for a limited operating period and then discarded in the ordinary course of maintenance. This page publishes no precise retention figure, because a figure we could not guarantee across a change of host would be decoration rather than a commitment. If you need to know whether a particular visit is still in a log, write to [email protected] and ask.
Accounts and payments
There are none of either on this domain
The two largest categories of personal data a retail site normally holds are absent here.
This site has no login, no account area, no saved basket and no password. There is nothing to register for, so there is no account record to hold, to lose or to delete. A page asking you to create an account on this domain would not be ours.
There is no payment processing either. This site displays no card form, holds no cart and cannot receive a card number. Payment happens on the seller's checkout, where Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay are accepted, and the details reach their processor without passing through this website at any point.

Cookies, measurement and third parties
What runs in your browser, and who else is involved
Short, because there is not much of it.
No advertising cookie is set here, no cross-site tracking pixel runs, and this site belongs to no advertising network. Pages load a stylesheet and two small scripts from this domain, and web fonts from a third-party font service which is named in the source of every page.
Your browser may store small amounts of data of its own accord, for instance to cache a file so the next page loads faster. That storage sits in your browser and is not transmitted to us. Clearing site data removes it and breaks nothing.
The hosting provider
The company whose servers deliver these pages, and therefore the company that holds the server logs described above on our behalf.
The font service
Web fonts load from a third-party font service. Your browser requests them directly, which carries your address to that service in the ordinary way any web request does.
The SodaSlim order desk
A separate operation on +1 (302) 200-3480. It holds the order records: we pass orders to it and it answers on them. Its opening hours are not published.
The seller's order page
A different operation on a different domain with its own published support address at [email protected], governed by their policy from the moment you click a buy link.
Children, choices and security
Three shorter sections, all of them plain
Children. This site is written for healthy adults 18 and over and describes a product sold to adults only. It is not directed at children, there is no account for a child to create, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has written to the website desk, tell us at [email protected] and the message is deleted.
Your choices. Because there is no account and no marketing list on this domain, there is nothing here to unsubscribe from. You can block or clear site data in your browser without breaking a page, and you can read the whole site without sending us anything beyond an ordinary server log line.
Security. Pages here are served over an encrypted connection. We hold no card data, no passwords and no order records, which removes most of what a breach of a retail site normally exposes. What we do hold is server logs and any email sent to the website desk, on ordinary managed infrastructure with access limited to the people who run the site.
If this site changes hands. If sodaslimnow.com were transferred to another operator, this page would say so before the transfer rather than after it, and anything described above would be treated under the policy published on the day it was collected.
Your rights
What you can ask for, and how to ask
Described in the style of the California Consumer Privacy Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. No certification under either is claimed, because none exists to claim.
You may ask what this website holds about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may ask that correspondence you sent is not used for anything beyond answering it. Since this site holds no account and no order record, the honest answer to most such requests is that the only things here are a server log entry and, if you wrote to us, your email.
Write to [email protected] with the request in plain words, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. We answer within a reasonable period, and we will tell you when the information you want sits with the order desk instead, which is the most common outcome. We will not ask for more identifying detail than answering needs, and we will never ask for a payment detail.
Changes. This page carries the date it was last reviewed, currently September 24, 2026. When it changes materially the date changes with it. We do not backdate an edit, and where a change affects what is collected rather than how it is described, the new practice does not begin before this page says so.
Contact. Website desk [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Order desk +1 (302) 200-3480, opening hours not published. The office is 450 Park Avenue, Floor 5, New York, NY 10022, USA and returns go to 410 Park Avenue, Floor 17, New York, NY 10022, USA.
Questions
Privacy policy: common questions
Do you sell any of this?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors, and there is very little here to sell in the first place. What this site earns comes from purchases made through its links rather than from data.
Do you set advertising cookies?
No advertising cookie is set here and no cross-site tracking tag runs. If that ever changes, this page will name the tool and carry the date it was added before it starts running.
I want my order record deleted. Who do I ask?
The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, because order records live there and have never been on this domain. If you also wrote to the website desk, ask us separately at [email protected] and that correspondence is deleted.
Why can the website desk not see my parcel?
There is nothing here to look it up in. This domain has no order screen, no tracking view and no payment system. The desk holding all three is the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, whose opening hours are not published.
Is this site for adults only?
It is written for healthy adults 18 and over and describes a product sold to adults. There is no account for anyone to create, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
