Delivery
SodaSlim shipping: what is published about the parcel
Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise. Tracking arrives in the order email. Free US shipping on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs; the 2-bottle pack is charged shipping at checkout. Beyond those four facts, delivery is largely unpublished: no carrier is named, no delivery estimate is given, no dispatch cutoff is stated, no storage instruction exists for this product, no best-before date is published and nothing says whether orders ship outside the United States. This page prints the published facts and the blanks at the same size. One check you cannot run on arrival is a comparison against a photograph of the printed label, because the picture supplied is a rendering with misspelled type on it, and the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 is the only place that can answer the blanks for your order.

What is published
Everything the seller states about delivery
Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise. Tracking arrives in the order email. Free US shipping on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs; the 2-bottle pack is charged shipping at checkout.
That is the complete published statement, and it is four facts: a country of origin with a caveat attached, a tracking route, free shipping from three bottles up, and a charge at checkout on the smallest pack. Everything else is unpublished.
This page prints those four facts and then prints the gaps at the same size, because a guess about a delivery date is one a reader plans around.
The practical consequence is that the two-bottle pack has no fully known price until the checkout screen. $138 is the pack total and the shipping charge is added there. Three and six bottles do not have that problem.
The one call that answers all of it
The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. It has the screens this site does not. The website desk cannot see orders. There is no order screen at that address, no tracking view and no way to issue a refund. Anything involving money, a parcel or a change to an order goes to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.
The hours the order desk keeps are not published. The Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET window published with this stock belongs to the website desk, which cannot see an order, so this site prints the order number and leaves its opening times blank rather than borrowing somebody else's working day.

Published against unpublished
Thirteen delivery questions and the honest answer to each
Four of these have published answers. The other nine do not, and printing them as blanks is the only accurate thing to do with them.
| Question | Published answer | What we can say |
|---|---|---|
| Where it ships from | The United States, unless the sales page says otherwise | That is the whole published statement. No warehouse, city or state is named. |
| Free shipping | On the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs | Published clearly and applied to US orders. |
| Shipping on two bottles | Charged at checkout | The amount is not published in advance, so the real cost of the smallest pack is only visible on the checkout screen. |
| Tracking | Arrives in the order email | Published. If the email has not arrived, the order desk can read the tracking to you. |
| Carrier | not published | No carrier is named for any pack. |
| Delivery time | not published | No estimate in days is published for any destination, so this site prints none. |
| Dispatch cutoff | not published | No same-day or next-day cutoff time is published. |
| Storage on arrival | not published | No storage instruction of any kind is published for this product. Nothing says cool, dry, away from light or anything else, so this page prints no advice of its own. |
| Best-before date | not published | None is published, which is why the lot code carries the whole burden of identifying your batch. |
| International shipping | not published | Nothing says whether orders ship outside the United States or what they cost if they do. The order desk is the only place that can answer it. |
| PO boxes and forwarding addresses | not published | Not addressed in anything supplied to us. |
| Packaging | not published | Whether the bottles arrive boxed, padded or in a plain mailer is not stated. |
| A photograph of what arrives | not published | The only bottle picture supplied is a rendering with misspelled type on it. |
Nine blanks in thirteen rows. None of them is a reason not to order and all of them are reasons to have the order desk number to hand.
When it arrives
Six things to do before the first capsule
Count the capsules
The label says 30 and the count is one of only two quantities this product publishes. A short bottle is a call to the order desk, not a shrug.
Read the lot code
Compare it with SOD-26/SO-1902. A different code means these pages describe a different batch from the one in your hand.
Read the four support lines
The label page takes their wording from the supplier pack rather than from the picture.
Do not try to match the bottle to the picture
The bottle picture supplied with this stock is a rendering rather than a photograph, and several lines of type on it are misspelled, so it cannot be used to verify anything printed. If the type on your bottle is correctly spelled, that is the expected outcome and not a mismatch: the render is what is wrong, not the bottle.
Look for the panel you will not find
No Supplement Facts table, no milligram figure and no caffeine total should be on it. If yours has one, we would like to hear about it on [email protected].
Keep the order email and note the date you paid
The email carries the tracking and the order number. The date matters because the 60-day window is described as running from purchase and the event that starts it is never defined.
The fourth and fifth steps look strange written down. On most supplements you check the bottle against a picture and the panel against a listing. Here you do neither.
The morning capsule
The one handling instruction this label does give
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule daily. For the best results in appetite control and energy levels, we suggest taking it in the morning.
That is the whole of the usage guidance, and it is worth reading closely on a product built the way this one is. A capsule suggested for the morning, on a label whose first named ingredient is caffeine anhydrous, is a capsule that lands in the same part of the day as coffee.
Three of the five named ingredients contain caffeine and no total is printed for any of them or for the serving, and FDA's 400 milligrams a day and NIH's 400 to 500 milligrams a day cannot be applied to a bottle that publishes no figure. So a buyer who wants to add this to a morning routine cannot work out what the total comes to, and neither can this page.
What is unpublished around the parcel matters here too. There is no storage instruction of any kind, no best-before date and no statement about how the bottles travel. All three are recorded as not published rather than filled in with sensible-sounding advice about cool, dry cupboards.
What the instruction does tell you
One capsule, once, in the morning. Do not take more than the label says unless a clinician tells you to.
The label itself says to talk to a doctor before use if you take medicine, and FDA notes that certain conditions tend to make people more sensitive to caffeine's effects, as can some medications, and recommends talking to a health care provider about limiting caffeine if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding. That conversation belongs with a clinician rather than with a checkout.
Bigger packs
What changes when six bottles arrive at once
Six bottles is 180 days of product in one parcel. Five of them sit unopened for weeks or months, and the material supplied with this stock prints no best-before date and no storage instruction at all. Both are not published.
This site will not tell you that is fine and will not tell you it is a problem. It is a gap. The arithmetic can be said precisely: at one capsule a day the last bottle of a six-pack is opened on day 151 and finished on day 180, and the 60-day window closed on day 60.
That is the honest shape of the biggest pack. It is the cheapest per day at $1.63 and it asks you to commit four months beyond the point where the promise has ended. The pricing page carries the same arithmetic with a slider on it. Two bottles avoids all of it: $138, 60 days, finishing on the last day of the window.

What we have not been told about the parcel
Carrier, delivery estimate, dispatch cutoff, storage, best-before date, international availability, packaging and PO box handling. Eight blanks, all recorded as not published rather than filled with a reasonable-sounding range.
Order once, then keep the email
Tracking arrives in it and so does the order number, which is the first thing the desk asks for. Three bottles is $177 with free US shipping; two bottles is $138 plus shipping.
